This portrait session was for Victoria and John, whose wedding I photographed a few years ago.

Here are some lovely pictures I captured in the local bluebell woods - my favourite time for capturing family portraits is in the spring when everything is so alive and vibrant!  We are so lucky in England to have our wonderful bluebells, and it's a pleasure to work with such beautiful backdrops.

Hollie and Colin's fun wedding took place a few weeks ago at Chartridge Lodge near Chesham.

My blog text will follow shortly, myself and the team are working crazy hours here now that the wedding season is in full swing.

Here is some feedback I received from Hollie and Colin:

Hi Mark,

Hollie and I have just finished looking through our wedding photos in your online gallery and we are absolutely thrilled with the results.  It was lovely to relive the memories so soon after our honeymoon, and we are absolutely delighted with how you captured our amazing day.  We can't thank you enough!

Whilst it is impossible to pick our favourites, I have to say that the photos taken at twilight are simply breathtaking.  I'm not sure how you managed the effect considering how dark it was at the time, but they were clearly worth the effort.  The photos perfectly capture the beauty of the venue and grounds and are just magical.

Thank you for these beautiful photos which are a wonderful momento of our amazing day.

Best regards,
Colin and Hollie

Enjoy your week!
