Charlene and Mark were married at the Dairy on the Waddesdon Estate, with a ceremony outdoors within one of the romantic lakeside pavilions under near perfect blue skies. They chose the Dairy after falling in love with this magical venue, and the setting was perfect for their intimate wedding celebration with their closest family and friends.

The Dairy was Charlene and Mark's for the whole day, and they made the most of it by celebrating their marriage with good company and laughter well into the night. With their exuberance for life and love for each other, it was clear that these two truly know the meaning of “joie de vivre!”

Charlene looked fabulous on her wedding day. Congratulations to you both and thank you for choosing me to photograph your wedding.  It was lovely to work with such an appreciative couple.

Paul Megram, the talented magician, was performing his incredible tricks during the day, and this guy is the best I've ever seen - every time I see him at work his audience is totally spellbound and in fits of laughter!

The delicious wedding breakfast was prepared by the chefs at the Dairy, and their food is some of the most divine I've tasted at weddings over the years.

Enjoy your week!

Natasha and Andrew's wedding was held on a warm sunny day at the stunning Danesfield House near Henley.  There are very few local venues that match the grandeur of this late Victorian manor house and hill top location.

As a photographer it's a dream location with an abundance of options for pictures, as the building retains so much of its charm from yesteryear. The high ceilings, big windows, grand chandeliers and ornate plasterwork are a treat for the eye and creative picture possibilities.  I've captured many weddings over the years at this wonderful hotel, and with every visit I'm spellbound by the beautiful architectural interiors and exteriors and the 65 acres of manicured gardens!

Prior to the ceremony I met Andrew and his groomsmen in the billiards room, where the lads were enjoying a few games of snooker before they were due to see the registrar to discuss more formal matters for the imminent civil ceremony. The guys were all wearing stylish dark morning suits, mostly matched with mid blue cravats to complement the day's colour scheme.

Natasha looked amazing in her gorgeous classic style full length wedding gown, and she complemented her dress with the most beautiful bouquet of elegant white roses.

Steadily guided by her father, she walked slowly and calmly up the aisle in front of the 70 family and friends in attendance. Andrew and Natasha overcame any wedding nerves as they sailed through their marriage ceremony with a polished, well-rehearsed performance. As they proudly walked out from the ceremony as husband and wife they drew huge smiles from all of their thrilled guests.

This was a lovely wedding to attend, and the guests seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves. The day ran smoothly from beginning to end, no doubt down to meticulous planning from Natasha and Andrew.

I was asked to capture lots of classic poses throughout the day, together with many candid pictures. I stayed through until the evening to photograph the dancing, followed by probably my favourite pictures of the day - my signature nighttime floodlit images. The venue is not floodlit so this called for my powerful spotlights to illuminate the stunning exteriors of Danesfield House.

Natasha and Andrew were great to work with, and their fun loving personalities really shone through in the pictures. A big thank you to you both for choosing me as your wedding photographer, and for looking after me so well on the day.

Don't forget - this Sunday (29-9-14) I'll be at the Taplow House wedding fair, and I hope to meet some of you there.

Enjoy your week!
